Our Return Policy
1. Items shipped from Cissot.com can be returned within 15 days upon receipt.
2. Items that are unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags and/or packaging within 15 days of delivery.
Note:
Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
Return Process
1. Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you our return address and basic information about your returned order.
2. Please inclosure a paper with your Name and Order Number, along with the item(s) you are going to return and pack the item properly.
3. After you shipped the items, please provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.
4. We will arrange full refund in 24 hours after confirmed your returning.
Who is responsible for return shipping fee?
1. We will responsible for return shipping fee for items with Quality Problems, such as Damaged Items and Wrong Items, but Size problem is not included.
2. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the items you purchased, you should contact us first, we will send you our returning address, and we will arrange to resend you new items after confirmed your returning.
Final Sale
1. Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
2. If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Note that Cissot.com is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at service@cissot.com with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
